Although this plugin is very interesting, it also has a main flaw : these security holes that are discovered over time.
To protect themselves, it is necessary to update this plugin for correcting flaws corrected by Adobe.
Then, you can install the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit that will also protect you from unknown vulnerabilities (zero-day flaws) of flash, flows of known browsers (eg Firefox, Chrome, ...).

Note : the file downloaded with the official download link available below, depends on your web browser and your language. For, in reality, there are several versions of Flash Player : plugins for Mozilla Firefox or Opera, and the active X for Internet Explorer.
To download this program to another browser than the one you are currently using, click the link "You need Flash Player for another computer ?" located on the left of the download page.
Then, select the desired operating system and web browser.

To uninstall the program, you can go through the Control Panel or use the uninstaller : Flash Player Uninstaller
