Hiren's BootCD PE

Following the abandonment of Hiren's BootCD by its original developers since 2012, some fans have decided to create a new unofficial version of Hiren Boot CD (as noted on the "About" page of their site) which is now based on Windows PE (Windows 10 version).
Hiren's BootCD PE is therefore the unofficial successor to Hiren's BootCD and is now based on 64-bit Windows PE (which includes UEFI support). Which makes it compatible with recent PCs.
The goal of this live CD remains the same : help you to troubleshoot your computer from a Windows present in a bootable CD or a bootable USB key.

To respect the work done by the former Hiren's Boot CD developers, these fans have incorporated the new version of the programs that were available in the original "Hiren's Boot CD".
Hiren BootCD PE is therefore an updated version of the old Hiren's Boot CD, although it remains an unofficial version.

On Hiren's BootCD PE, you will find :

• tools to diagnose and test your hard disks
• tools to explore your hard disks in FAT, NTFS or for Linux
• backup tools for hard disks (including the trial version of Acronis TrueImage which is now integrated into the live CD)
• tools to manage your partitions
• tools to create bootable USB keys, burn CDs, ...
• an anti-virus and the famous anti-malware : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM)
• a program to modify or delete passwords for Windows sessions
• many tools to obtain detailed information about your components : motherboard, graphics card, processor, ...
• the Microsoft SysInternals suite
• known web browsers : Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome
• the program managing the network configuration : PENetwork
• Teamviewer to access a remote computer
