Its Live CD is completely free and is available in 5 versions :

CD_Live_Malekal.iso (DL via archive.org) : the first version based on the Win7PESE project of ChrisR and JFX
Win8PE_x64_EFI.ISO (DL via archive.org) : the second version based on the Win8PESE project of ChrisR and JFX
Win10PESE_x64-1607.iso : the third version based on the Win10PESE project of ChrisR and JFX
Win10PESE_x64_1703-v2.iso : fourth version based on the Win10PESE project.
Live-CD-Malekal.iso (Win 10 v1709) : fifth version based on the Win10PESE project.
