Rufus

Rufus is a free and handy utility that turns any bootable ISO file into a bootable USB key.
Thanks to Rufus, you will be able to create a bootable USB key from :

• an operating system installation CD/DVD (Windows, Linux, ...)
• a Linux Live CD (Debian, Ubuntu, ...)
• a repair Live CD (Hiren Boot CD, Ultimate Boot CD, ...)
• and more

In some cases, you can even create a Windows To Go (WTG) working environment from a compatible Windows iso.

A big advantage of Rufus is that he takes care of everything. So no matter how your USB key is formatted, Rufus will automatically adapt the file system to be used before copying the contents of the desired ISO file to your USB key.

Rufus even allows you to download official ISO files of the latest versions of Windows in different languages (French, English, ...).
