3. Open mobile Cloud backup on your smartphone (via Acronis Mobile)

In Acronis Mobile, you can see that this is a mobile backup stored on Acronis Cloud.
However, you can easily access the contents of this remote mobile backup by going to the "Browse" tab in Acronis Cloud.

Then, select your backup (whose name is by default the model of your smartphone).

Select the location of this backup, which in this case is: Acronis Cloud.

Select the date of the desired backup.
In this case, there is only one.

Choose the desired data category.
In our case: Gallery.

As expected, the images backed up to Acronis Cloud from our smartphone appear.

For calendars, you have access to the local calendar and those of online accounts saved from your smartphone.

4. Open mobile backup stored on Acronis Cloud

4.1. Automatically connect to Acronis Cloud from Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (True Image)

If you have Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (True Image) installed on your computer, the quickest way is to go to the "Account" tab of this program and then click on the "Browse my data" link.
This allows you to access a unique URL of the Acronis website to be automatically logged in with your Acronis account in your default web browser.

As expected, you arrive on the Acronis Cloud website and you are automatically connected to your Acronis account.
A small peculiarity, you can see that the Acronis Cloud website displays the message "There is no backup in the Cloud yet".
Which may seem surprising given that you have just backed up your smartphone data to Acronis Cloud with this same Acronis account.

However, to see the data backed up from a mobile device, you will have to go to the "Resources" section of this "Acronis Cloud" website.

As you can see on the "All devices" page that appears, your mobile device (smartphone) has been added to this list.
The "INFORMATIWEB-PC" PC being the one where we installed Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (True Image) to be able to activate the free trial of Acronis Cloud.

4.2. Manually connect to Acronis Cloud from a web browser

If Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office (True Image) is not installed on your computer, then simply open your regular web browser and go to the Acronis Cloud website.

Enter your Acronis account email address (username) and click Next.

Enter your Acronis account password.

You will automatically arrive on the "All terminals" page where you will see your mobile terminal (smartphone) appear.

4.3. Access your mobile backup data on Acronis Cloud

Once connected to the "Acronis Cloud" website, click on the "Restore" button corresponding to your mobile terminal.

The list of mobile backups of this mobile terminal (smartphone) will appear on the left and you will be able to access the different categories of data that have been saved from it: videos, photos, messages, ...

If we go to "Videos", we can see the videos that have been saved from our smartphone.

For the "Photos" category, we can see the images that have been saved from our smartphone.

If you choose the "Calendars" category, you will be able to see the local calendar (My calendar), as well as those saved from online accounts from your smartphone.
