GSmartControl provides information about your hard drives and their health (via S.M.A.R.T.).

In our case, it is virtual hard disks, so there is not much information available.

Indeed, virtual hard disks of virtual machines do not support SMART.

HD Tune is a utility for testing hard drives, as well as SSDs and USB keys.
In the "Benchmark" tab, you can test the performance of a hard disk.

In the "Info" tab, you will be able to know the features it supports, as well as the version of its firmware, its serial number, ...

In the "Health" tab, you will be able to see the list of SMART data (health) of your hard drive.
Note: in our case, it is a virtual hard disk, so this information is not available.

In the "Error Scan" tab, you can test the sectors of your hard disk, but also of your SSDs and your USB keys.

MbrFix CMD is a command line tool for manipulating the MBR, including the partition table of your hard drive.

Warning : improper handling can cause you to lose all the data present on your hard drive.
Do not use this program without knowing what you are doing.

The "MbrFix Wiz" shortcut allows you to launch the "MBRfix Tool Manager" program which is a graphical interface allowing you to also modify the MBR of your hard disk.

To begin, you will need to select the desired hard drive where you want to change the MBR.

You can then choose whether you want to display hard disk information, backup MBR, restore it, delete partitions, ...

In our case, we simply displayed the information of our hard drive.

At the first launch of the PC Inspector File Recovery program, you will have to select your language.

PC Inspector File Recovery is a data recovery software allowing you to:

• recover accidentally deleted files.
• find files lost following a bug or a crash.
• recover access to a lost or inaccessible partition.

RegistryLoaderPE is a tool allowing you to modify the registry of your Windows installation offline.

To do this, simply click on the "Remote Windows directory" button and select the "Windows" folder of your Windows installation.
This will allow the program to load the different files that make up the registry: SAM, SECURITY, SOFTWARE and SYSTEM.

Restoration is a very simple program for recovering accidentally deleted files.

ServicePE allows you to manage Windows PE services as you would with the usual Windows "Services" console.

TreeSize Free is a program that lets you know which folders, subfolders and files are taking up the most space on your computer.
This is very practical for quickly freeing up space on your hard drive.

Note: in our case, it is a simple installation of Windows. It is therefore normal that Windows is the largest folder.

USBDeview is a utility for obtaining information about your computer's USB devices.
